Matthew 4:19 - “And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”

The call to reach the lost for Christ is a Christian belief that all Christians are called to share the good news of Jesus Christ with those who do not know him.

Teaching

 

Colossians 3:16 - “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your

hearts to the Lord.”

​

The goal of teaching the gospel is to help people strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. The hope is that people will become more like Christ, receive His power, and ultimately obtain eternal life.
